How it works

Your files go to our server in Brisbane. No third parties. Encrypted in transit.

2. We resample

High-quality Lanczos resampling to your target width, then the file is tagged at your chosen DPI so a layout or print app places it at the right physical size. HEIC handled via libheif.

3. It vanishes

Originals and the enlarged copies are deleted from the server within 10 minutes. Always.

Common questions

Does this add detail, or just make it bigger?

It resamples — interpolating to more pixels with a sharp Lanczos filter. That's ideal for moderate enlargement of an already-sharp image, and it tags the file at print DPI. It does not synthesise new detail, so a very small or soft source will look soft when blown up large. For that you want AI upscaling — ask us via the form above.

What DPI should I pick?

300 is the standard for print. 150 is fine for large posters viewed from a distance. 600 is for fine art or small high-detail prints. DPI doesn't change how big the file looks on screen — it tells the printer how many pixels go into each physical inch.

What do the width presets mean?

Pixels wide; height follows your aspect ratio. The handy ones: 3508px is A4 at 300 DPI, 4961px is A4 at 420 DPI. Pick the long edge you need for your page, or set a custom width up to 8192px.

Does it work on iPhone HEIC?

Yes — HEIC is decoded via libheif, then upscaled. The output comes back as JPG (HEIC isn't widely readable outside Apple).

How many at once?

No hard cap. Each file under 25 MB. We rate-limit at five every 30 seconds, so big batches just take a beat. The tab can stay backgrounded.
