Why subscription and retainer — not one-off projects
Agencies charge $10K–$30K for a project, deliver it, walk away. Generation tools produce an artefact, hand it over, walk away. Neither closes the loop.
HitCreate is a Platform that deploys, measures, and iterates. Every deployed asset streams performance back into the primitive layer — which means every campaign you run makes the next one better. A one-off project cannot do that. The Agency retainer is our anchor because monthly engagement is where the loop actually runs.
Subscription gets you the Platform. Retainer gets you the Platform plus a delivery pod. Pick the one that matches where you are.
Pricing questions
What is live today and what is shipping later? +
Agency tier is live — we run engagements now. NISARD Pty Ltd is our zeroth engagement. The App Surface (team workspace) is early access in Q2 2026; the Agent Surface (messaging) follows in Q3 2026. Ecosystem bundles are in developer preview on GitHub.
Why subscription and retainer — no one-off project pricing? +
Because the Platform is about loop closure, not single deliverables. Deployed assets feed performance back into the primitive layer; that compounds with every campaign. A one-off project cannot close that loop. The Agency retainer is the anchor because monthly engagement is where the loop actually runs.
What counts as a credit? +
Credits meter LLM tokens, image generation (including Claude Design API calls), video generation, render minutes, voice cloning, SMS sends, email overage, data scraping, and platform posting above threshold. External API costs pass through transparently — no markup hidden in credit pricing.
Can I move between tiers? +
Yes. Add-ons and top-ups let you grow within a tier before you move up. Tier upgrades and downgrades are month-to-month — no lock-in. Agency conversion from self-serve happens when your scope outgrows what you want to operate yourself.
What does the Agency retainer actually include? +
Platform access across all three surfaces. Human delivery pod (founder-led, expanding). Priority Min Min orchestration. White-label options for resellers. Largest credit pool, topups at cost. Scope and price depend on volume — $1,499/mo for focused engagements, $5,000+/mo for multi-brand or white-label operators.
Do you do custom quotes? +
Only at the Agency tier. Self-serve tiers are fixed — we price by archetype, not by feature matrix. If your needs do not fit a tier, you are probably an Agency engagement.
