Before HitCreate, I was Field Service Manager at Wastech Engineering — a $27M waste equipment manufacturer backed by Armitage Associates, serving Amazon, Bunnings, Woolworths, Coles, Costco, and DHL. I ran the Brisbane Service Centre, led a team of 15+ trades professionals, and handled business development across South East Queensland. I saw firsthand what happens when great businesses — companies doing millions in revenue — have a digital presence that doesn't match how good they actually are.

The answer was always the same: hire a big agency, wait 3 months, pay $30K, get something generic. Or cobble it together yourself on weekends and hope for the best.
